Each artwork has a respective Non-fungible token and a Certificate of Authenticity, which is provided by Flamingo, to guarantee you are collecting an authentic work of art. You will find all the information including the title, dimension, materials, and all details of the artwork. As a collector, it will be important to hold onto your NFT and certificate as it will help with the future value of the work adding provenance and context around your acquisition of the piece.

We are happy to ship artwork globally with the professional services provided by DHL, Fedex, UPS, …. To allow us to best serve you, please complete the shipping form upon checkout and try to be as detailed as possible. Including a phone or mobile contact number is always helpful for international orders.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.

If your package is lost in transit, please email us right away at [email protected] and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
