Free Membership – No signup costs
Sales Commission – 13.5% per item sold
Lifetime Royalty – 1.5% for original listers + 1.5% for Flamingo on resold items

How do I verify an artwork’s authenticity?

Each piece comes with:

A Non-Fungible Token (NFT)
A Certificate of Authenticity provided by Flamingo
These documents contain the title, dimensions, materials, and ownership history, ensuring provenance and future value.

How are art and collectibles delivered?

NFTs – Delivered digitally via blockchain
Physical Artworks – Buyers can choose between:

Does Flamingo ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other trusted carriers. Please ensure you provide accurate shipping details at checkout, including a phone number for international deliveries.

Are there international taxes and duties?

Local import taxes and duties may apply upon arrival.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be covered by the buyer.
If needed, Flamingo will assist with customs documentation.

What should I do if my package is lost?

For domestic orders – Contact us at hello@flamingo.trade, and we will help resolve the issue.
For international orders – Use the provided tracking code to file a claim with your local postal service.
Flamingo is not responsible for lost or stolen items after they are marked as “delivered.”

Can I change my shipping address?
